Vietnam’s tourism infrastructure may occasionally require us to make adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will suggest alternatives, always subject to your approval. If changes occur during your holiday due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, government actions, cancellations by carriers), we will do our best to minimize inconvenience but cannot be held liable for any additional costs.
We reserve the right to decline any booking if we believe it may pose a risk to public safety. Additionally, we require that you have valid travel insurance prior to your arrival. We are not liable for accidents, illnesses, thefts, or losses beyond our control.
The total price of your tour is based on the agreed itinerary, which may vary based on any changes. The final invoice will reflect the confirmed price.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. For flights booked through us, full payment is required at the time of booking. To secure accommodation and services, early deposits are encouraged.
Full payment is due 30 days before departure. If final payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. For changes after full payment, any cost differences must be settled by credit card.
The following cancellation charges apply unless otherwise stated during the quotation or booking process. These charges apply for partial or total cancellations of confirmed tours:
We reserve the right to cancel the contract if circumstances beyond our control make it unavoidable. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative tour of equivalent value.
Comprehensive travel insurance is essential. This should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events. While we are not responsible for your insurance, we will provide assistance in emergencies.
You are responsible for ensuring you are up to date with vaccinations and are physically fit for the activities planned in your itinerary. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements in advance.
